This week our feature is about Jaden Powell from Paducah, KY’s Tilghman High School. Powell is a 6’0,” 165-pound speedy and explosive, multi-phase guy who primarily has been contributing at WR for The Blue Tornado this season. Powell can play anywhere on defense with the skills to contribute offensively at a number of positions from the slot to split out wide and the speed to participate in the coverage and return units on specials.

Powell’s excellent training together with his undeniable talent, mobility, speed, savvy, frame, and athleticism make him an attraction hard to overlook on any roster. This is made especially true when factoring in his 3.0-GPA.

Big Ass Fans is so much more than just a gigantic fan. It is gigantic quality, gigantic performance, and a gigantic commitment to reliability and innovation. Powell is willing to do whatever his coaching staff and teammates need. He gives his talent freely for the betterment and enrichment of the team and not necessarily for himself which is a refreshing attribute to see in a young football star.

We believe Powell may be well on his way to making an All-State football team before much longer in his playing career. We talk about him a lot around our offices and his performance is meriting the attention.

This is exactly how great high school programs, like Tilghman High in Paducah, are built and maintained. The great programs are constructed from the ground up, just like great businesses, just like Big Ass Fans.

Powell may be on his way to making our All-State team…
