Atchley brings a proven track record of developing college ready talent, winning and competing for championships, and building programs, which have been struggling, to commonwealth-wide prominence. It is hard to imagine any one football player meaning as much to his team’s bottom line as Kelson McKinney did over the course of his high school career.
