They have to be framed out appropriately, be able to impress in the weight room, and capable of performing in the classroom. Alex Schuster is all of the above and a model citizen on top of it all. Schuster wears number 69, is 6’2,” and weighs 300-pounds. Schuster squats close to a quarter ton (495-pounds), pulls (deadlifts) 750-pounds, and presses a cool three bills (300-pounds). On top of all of that, the kid sports a 4.0-GPA and has made the Academic All-State First Team two years running. Louisville, KY: There isn’t a program in the commonwealth of Kentucky which has been more successful than Trinity High in Louisville. The Shamrocks enter the ’26 season nationally ranked among the country’s finest teams.
The Rocks have won 30-titles. This would include the last three (3) in succession. Trinity is looking this season to run the string to four (4) straight.
Trinity will have a huge leg up in the title department. Among the ’27 class, one which is as deep and talented as any on the present Shamrock roster, is QB Zane Johnson. Johnson, a University of Buffalo commit, may be the best HS QB to ever take the field for a KHSAA member school over a four year career.
Johnson, like any QB, is only as effective and skilled as the men in front of him charged with his care and safety. Among those guys is an imposing IOL named ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฑ ๐๐๐ก๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ.
Schuster is an absolute beast and figures to deploy at center in college. Schuster is 6’2, weighs three bills (300-pounds), bench presses his body weight, squats 495, and pulls 750.
Schuster, you won’t run over him or outsmart him…

Schuster is also smart. Schuster sports a 4.0-GPA at one of Kentucky’s more challenging curricula and has twice made the Academic All-State First Team.
The Academic All-State team isn’t likely to be the last all-state squad he makes. Schuster’s on the Big Ass Fans watch list. We have our eyes directly on him. Play and perform accordingly, young man!
This certainly isn’t anything new but Trinity High will be right formidable this coming season with experience and game savvy performers littering the play rotation. This should go a long way toward the team’s being right formidable overall and racking up title number 31, and its fourth (4th) consecutive.
This Schuster kid right up the gut will be a strong deterrent to A-Gap heat. Can’t run over him. Can’t outsmart him either.
