Someone contacted old Coach Lyons and asked when we were going to put out our preseason top-10 football polls for each classification. Well, today seemed like as good a day as any to start. Since KPGFootball started with the top classification when picking district winners, this time we started with Class 1A.
This would be a name to watch going forward for any outfit with a Mr. Football vote in the commonwealth of Kentucky. Wait a minute, that’s we! Definitely Kentucky’s finest athlete, read this article and see whether you agree.
Chris McNamee’s Pikeville Panthers are among the top ten or so programs in Kentucky High School football regardless of classification. In fact, with the facilities we have seen in Pikeville, they may well be Kentucky’s premier program. We have before told our subscribers and readers, and pretty much anyone else […]
Okay, KPGFootball is not bragging or anything, but for the fifth time this season we have either correctly forecast the margin of victory, or almost pegged the final score of the game literally days before the game gets played. Well, for starters, KPGFootball is most assuredly bragging. Whatever we are […]
KPGFootball has confirmed with the Blue-Grey High School All-American game that, among the 90 players selected from across the nation, with some 6,750 players vying for the spots, that three of the participants, in 2018 game, will be from the Commonwealth of Kentucky. In conjunction with the Blue-Grey High School […]

Wright certainly framed a very compelling argument. I […]
It is hard to determine just how much impact a freshman is going to have on a varsity football team. When that team is as LOADED as Pikeville High School is heading into the 2018 season, it is really hard to forecast. Now I just recently told you that Pikeville […]
