@schofficial86, the ‘Scholfield Leg-Rocket,’ is aiming for a banner senior year!

July 9, 2020 Henry Lyon 0

When I was coaching ball I used to say all the time having a potent placekicker on the roster was like finding a $20 bill in the pocket of a pair of pants you just got dry cleaned. It is really a luxury and can win you a championship, believe me. Well, Kentucky doesn’t have a better placekicker in the 2021 graduating class than McCracken County’s “The Scholfield Leg Rocket.” Enjoy the article. HB.

July 4, 2020 Henry Lyon 0

Coming off the bus, this is one of the more impressive physical specimen about whom the 7th-District can boast. He is coming off a tremendous year which would see him make our Sophomore All-State team and the Jackson Times-Voice’s All 7th-District squad. Players tend to experience their most visible signs of physical development between their sophomore and junior years. With his junior year upcoming, the ought to make this kid one to watch, commonwealth-wide, in 2020. Enjoy the article. HB.

A tale of two Baisdens for @BelfryFootball1.

July 2, 2020 Henry Lyon 0

Everybody has to start somewhere. Josh Baisden isn’t as large as his brother, Jacob, and he hasn’t been as productive for the Belfry…yet! Jacob Baisden is moving on to college and many believe Josh is headed for the Belfry D-Line rotation in spite of his only seeing action in 3-games in 2019. Enjoy the article. HB.

@logan_weedman from @REALAHSFOOTBALL looking to help restore the Eagles to prominence

June 30, 2020 Henry Lyon 0

This is an example where an early offer may have stopped other schools from offering. Logan was offered by the Wildcats in 2017 and has only added one other offer since (WKU). Of course, one doesn’t need but one, one can only accept one anyway. This is a consistently rated player who we think of more as a DE than the TE position where both major rating services forecast he will play in college. Enjoy the article. HB.
