Zane Cartwright and his Mayfield Cardinals travel to Fort Mitchell tonight to take on the defending champion in 2A football in Beechwood Independent High School. The reigning “Mr. Football” will be under center for the Tigers. The Cardinals will have the reigning Independence Bank Revolutionary Player of the Week under center for them. One thing is certain, not a single fan from either team will file into the stadium thinking the other has any chance at victory at all and that is what makes programs like these two so great.
