We have had some basketball players come over to the gridiron and demonstrate the skills which made them elite on the hardwood make them equally elite on the turf. Teams are always looking for help at RB. Having entering 9th graders who can tote the mail like this kid is of invaluable importance to any program. Rising 9th graders like Deangelo Patterson are not your garden variety of rising 9th graders. Players like him find themselves immediately in the discussion for PT. The same will be true of Patterson when he hits the 9th grade hallways at WCHS.
