Isaac Earl is a QB who is shorter than most people seem to want. However, that doesn’t mean he isn’t the perfect field general for the Storm’s offensive attack. He has been very effective running the offense in his first two seasons and there is no reason he won’t enjoy similar success over the course of his junior year. Enjoy the feature. We talked with some departing seniors about Storm players from whom they expected a lot moving on into 2024. The answers were fascinating. One player from whom much was expected was ’26’s Kamran Harrison. In this article we will discuss all he brings to the table.

Isaac Manning had an exciting junior season which would see him make some Sports Center type receptions. He also contributed on defense in spite of limited opportunities on that side of the scrimmage line. In ’24, his senior season, it may be time to drop the reigns and just let him go. We can assure you Central is plenty thankful it picked up a versatile athlete the likes of Silas Gunn. Gunn came through for the Storm, big-time, particularly roaming the defensive back-third. Every time Calil McNary gets a hand-off, the PA says, “McNary on the Carry.” Now, that is branding. Every time we see Central’s 6’2,” 240-pound FB we think, “McNary on the Carry.” When you see him around Hopkins County, try it! He broke several career marks in his fine career last Friday against Trigg County. His night against Trigg alone was jerky-worthy. Throw in the career marks, and it really isn’t close. No time to cry over spilt milk, the Storm has a winnable game upcoming in Marion, Kentucky tomorrow night. We have to get right back on the horse, so to speak, and Marion, Kentucky has proven a tough place to mount for many teams over the years.
