We almost never know what to make of transfers. It seems, more and more, teams are picking up transfers and it becomes difficult to track. Our policy has always been not to comment on transfers until the young men have been cleared to play. Well, the Hazard Bulldogs picked up three huge transfers and all three have been cleared for play. What does it all mean. Hazard already boasts one of the finest and more talented rosters in the KHSAA 1A classification. Well, we think it means Hazard may be even better than we predicted in June. Enjoy the article.

There are lots of reasons, we think Pikeville is the team to beat in Kentucky’s 1A classification in 2018. Last year, clearly a rebuilding year coming off three consecutive seasons of combined 34-6 football (2014-16) and a State Championship (2015), Pikeville, after hobbling out of the gate 1-4, rebounded with […]

KPGFootball has been pretty effusive in our praise of Coach Chris McNamee’s returning Panther’s prospects in the upcoming season. We have ranked them #1 in our preseason poll, so I would color KPGFootball impressed. Why shouldn’t we be? Pikeville reeled off seven straight wins last season before narrowly falling to […]
