The Bell County Bobcats have certainly lost a marquee player in London Stephney. Stephney, headed to the Naval Academy to play football, matriculated to the school from his Knoxville, Tennessee home some 3-4 years ago. He graduated last term. However any team with Dudley Hilton at the helm will always have a chance and Bell County just may be returning more than one realizes. Enjoy this preseason breakdown of a team we expect to be heard from in 3A before a Champion is crowned this coming season. HB.
