We may have to start calling this article “The Race for the World’s Finest Beef Jerky.” We had scouts all over Kentucky this weekend and they saw some impressive individual efforts. The Bell County Bobcats have certainly lost a marquee player in London Stephney. Stephney, headed to the Naval Academy to play football, matriculated to the school from his Knoxville, Tennessee home some 3-4 years ago. He graduated last term. However any team with Dudley Hilton at the helm will always have a chance and Bell County just may be returning more than one realizes.
