We could pick games every week without missing a single prediction if we wanted to do that. There are very good HS football teams in Kentucky and there are very bad ones too. Just to prove a point, we have outlined ten games we guarantee will be won convincingly by the team we have predicted. If we lose even one of these ten, check the temperature in Hell. When writing features and covering Kentucky high school football, many publications exclusively cover players on the really good teams. Well, there are players on rosters for teams who struggle. The difference between the rosters of teams doing well versus those who aren’t is often the number of good players the roster contains. We would like to introduce you to one of the very outstanding QBs in Kentucky’s Class of 2022. This is especially true where he is playing Kentucky 5A football and is only 14-years old. One could make a solid argument he should be playing MS football at 14 years of age. There are 14 and even 15 year olds playing MS football all over Kentucky. This kid is flat getting it done. We are enormously privileged to get to vote in the weekly AP top-10 football polls for all 6 classifications of KHSAA football. This article is how we cast our ballot this week. THIS IS NOT THE OFFICIAL POLL as it will be released to the public this coming Monday afternoon, if tradition holds. We pour over data and statistical information in order to arrive at each team’s poll position. Don’t get too upset with how we vote, it plays itself out on the field anyway.
