We hear all the time that this rising 9th grader is the next so and so. We have heard the same about Colin Jefferson. We will enter our guess as to whom he will favor over the course of his high school career and we won’t have to leave the Male High roster for our guess or guesses. Daniel Swinney and his Bulldogs from Male High School are playing this weekend for the coveted title of Kentucky 6A State Champion. It is a title the program has won numerous prior times. Having a RB as hard to contain as Swinney may just win the program another Trophy for the case and a set of rings for Swinney and his teammates. It won’t hurt the Bulldogs to have the reigning Independence Bank Revolutionary Player of the Week in the offensive backfield when the game commences. We have been featuring the players who are jumping on in-state schools early as opposed to “waiting and seeing” whether there is room in the Inn for them at the D-1 level. This is a kid has played at NG/DT before being moved back to the second level at ILB where he has the athleticism, power, and explosion to flourish.
