This kid is a prospect we told you a year ago was one of the finest athletes in Kentucky’s ’22 class of prospects. We still believe this. He is a two-sport, elite, high school player who Centre has offered early meaning the Colonels aren’t shy about publishing they really, really want him. Enjoy this feature. HB.

This should start a ton of crap. That’s okay, it is why we are here. We will preseason rank the top-five teams in each of Kentucky’s 6-Classifications. We will do this every Thursday. We will start today with how we see the 1A-Classification finishing. Let the arguments begin…Ready! Set! Go! HB.
We don’t generally write features or award these type distinctions to 6th-graders. However, we haven’t seen many 6th-graders ball out like what we witnessed from Jayden Justice this past weekend in Nashville, Tennessee leading Kentucky over Tennessee in the Future Stars game. He was really something and the game couldn’t have been more exciting. Join us next week as we do all of this once more… HB Lyon.
This kid has garnered an early offer from the most prestigious liberal arts college in the commonwealth which also has a fantastic football program. There isn’t a hotter college recruiting Kentucky and surrounding states right now than the Colonels from Centre College. Vaught is just another reminder of this fact. This kid is a top-tier, high-school performer and one of the elite players in Lexington, Kentucky. This article should explain it well enough.
Can you even imagine a team so full and bursting with talent that a player like Jeffrey Selby is known as “the other linebacker.” This kid would be the featured defender on any other team outside of maybe Louisville Trinity in the commonwealth. He has pulled the prized offer from Kentucky’s most prestigious small-college and he has the scores and ability to thrive there. He is perfect for Centre, an inch or two short of where D-1 thinks they have to have you but D-1 in every other skill-set aside from height. Enjoy this feature. HB.
His name is Trey Cotton and people have told us he is headed to Ballard in Louisville to play his high school football. He is from Pewee Valley, Kentucky and may well be the very best WR in Kentucky’s ’25 class. You won’t find an article about him anywhere online but here. That is why we are who we are. Enjoy the feature. HB.
We thought we would stick around the Frankfort area and feature a young man whose ’20 performance was, frankly, incredible. If Zach Claudio could replicate his ’20 numbers with similar numbers in ’21 we could be looking at a “Mr. Football” candidate. Enjoy this look at an exceptional performer and join us a week from today when we feature another outstanding player. HB.
You have a young man being recruited to play college football. For what exactly are these colleges looking? Well, we believe we know and have included them in this article originally published in the Jackson Times-Voice by our own Fletcher Long. Enjoy the article.
This week’s Protein-packed Performer of the week get little attention even though he is a 3-star, nationally rated QB-prospect playing 6A football in one of Kentucky’s more densely populated areas. Of course, the QB playing cross-town, at Owensboro Senior, is also among Kentucky’s top signal callers in the same graduating class, ’22. Enjoy this look at Joe Humphreys from Daviess County and remember to join us again next week as we award this distinction to another fine player and outstanding student and citizen. HB.
