Brenan Griffin may be the best raw football player in the 3A classification. Quite the coincidence, Hart County may be the best 3A team in Kentucky. Chad Griffin has been KILLING IT in Munfordville, KY, winning 22 of the ball club’s last 23 football games. Griffin, the player not the coach, is 5’10,” and weighs 180-pounds. Griffin runs a 4.7-second, 40-yard dash and sports a 3.9 GPA, making him extremely recruitable regardless of level.

Munfordville, KY: If I have to tell you the next tidbit of information, then you have been hiding under a rock somewhere. Hart County is darn good. So is Chad Griffin.

When the rating drop this coming week, look for Hart County to be up near the top if not occupying the penthouse suite. Hart County is 9-0, coming off a 13-1 ’23, and have a tough visitor upcoming in Campbellsville, fresh off its first loss of the year.
Hart County is coming off a 21-point pasting of Franklin Simpson. Franklin Simpson is 5-4 on the year and still a name which strikes fear in the hearts of many opponents.
Brenan Griffin is putting together an all-state caliber season. Griffin certainly had an all-state caliber night against the Wildcats from Simpson County.

Friday night Fletch
This season, Griffin has 135-tackles, 11-TFLs, a sack, a FF, three (3) INTs, and 60-IRNYs (Interception Return Net Yards). That is amazing if that is all he has done. Griffin plays offense too.

Griffin has carried the ball 95-times, averages 9.4-yards a carry (893-yards), and has scored nine (9) TDs rushing. Griffin is third on the team in scoring. Griffin has also logged a two-point conversion, on special teams, making him a three-phase performer.
Against Franklin-Simpson, Griffin rushed for 64-yards and a score, registered 15-tackles, 1.5-TFLs, and a pick in the Raiders 28-7 win over the Wildcats. We call that stuffing the stat-sheet.
Keep your eye on these guys moving forward into the playoffs. Getting by Campbellsville won’t be easy. We believe the Raiders will be favored by two (2) points at home against the 8-1 Eagles. Should these Raiders hit the playoffs 10-0, don’t look for them to bow out anytime soon.
