Dylan Morris from Hancock County is the @minguabeefjerky Protein-packed Performer of the Week @DylanMorris2025, @WeAreHCFootball, @bigassfans @sfitz_840whas, @840WHAS

’25 QB is tearing it up for his Hornets

Dylan Morris is having an incredible season. The senior signal caller has completed 97 of his 149-passing attempts on the year for 1,703-yards and 21-TDs while scoring another five (5) TDs on the ground. Morris is completing 68% of his passes and has only been picked thrice. The best indicator of his having a fantastically productive senior year? How about the fact his team sits at 7-0 with a 72% chance of finishing 10-0 heading into the playoffs? If Hancock can get by Union County, it appears to be fairly sailing from there.

Hawesville, KY: Migua Beef Jerky uses Enviro-Pac CHU-2000 equipment to cook its meat to USDA required levels for both moist or dry operation. Mingua Beef Jerky wants you to become one of its many satisfied customers by sampling its quality hand sliced, all natural beef jerky. We know you’ll love it and come back for more, again and again.

Ronnie Mingua began experimenting with making beef jerky back in the 1990s. He shared his efforts with neighbors and friends, soon realizing he had come up with something different and superior to all other beef jerkies on the market. From these humble beginnings, Mingua Beef Jerky got its start.

Today, the Mingua Beef Jerky Company still prides itself on using its old-fashioned, all-natural recipes which offer outstanding products to customers across the nation. The recipes are a family tradition, passed down from generation to generation.

Our recipes and our quality ingredients, hand-cut from solid pieces of beef, are never chopped or formed like other brands, making our products superior and one of a kind. That would make our products similar to this week’s Protein-packed Performer, Dylan Morris, ’25 QB prospect from Hancock County High in Hawesville, Kentucky.

Dylan Morris is having an incredible season. He is completing 68% of his passing attempts (97 for 149) for 1,703-yards through seven games, with 21-TDs through the air, five (5) TDs rushing, with only 3-INTs. We would suppose that is how one gets to post a 7-0 mark.

Against Webster County, Morris was especially lethal. Morris completed 22 of his 31 passing attempts (71%) for 417-yards with 6-TDs against one-INT. Hancock trounced Webster County 59-0.

Coach Robert Eubanks’ Hornets have an upcoming Union County, Hopkins County Central, Grayson County (5A) finishing trek. Union County is generally the class of the 3A classification on this end of Kentucky, Central has made some lineup changes which has them playing very well, and Grayson County is 6-1 in 5A with a two point loss the only thing standing between the Cougars and the same record as the Hornets.

We believe Hancock has a 72% chance of running the table, but only a 53% chance of upending Union and a 65% chance of surviving the regular season finale in Leitchfield (Grayson County). All in all, the inspired play from its QB, Dylan Morris has helped the team get this far, might as well dance with the one who brung you…right, Coach Royal?
