We have taken to putting more of our articles behind the pay-wall for the benefit of our subscribers only. After all, the subscribers to the site and the advertisers are the only people to whom we answer in the end. Much of the information we relate is valuable to our subscribers and advertisers which is why they support us. It wouldn’t be right, and would deny them the benefit of their bargains, to just give it away to any and everyone. Sorry, it’s called capitalism. We forecasted the winners of every game played in the KHSAA, round 2, and we’re correct in 40 of 48. We were 18-6 in round 3. Let’s see how we do this coming week, in Round 4. November 22, 2019 Henry Lyon 0

I thought at the first of the year the Yellow Jackets were going to struggle. Well, seemingly out of no where, Coach Wilson has his charges playing in another quarterfinal tonight at home against an 11-1 Hardin County squad. He has done it by getting contributions from players it would have been impossible to predict would contribute. Players like the class of 2022’s Jaden Wells. Enjoy this article about a diminutive defensive lineman who is finding his way onto the field and, somewhat, unexpectedly. Join us again next week as we anoint another worry recipient. HB.

East Robertson’s Bryce Brown is the Stewart Williams Furniture Robertson County Player of the Week…

November 15, 2019 Henry Lyon 0

We remember when the name East Robertson struck fear into the hearts of teams tasked with playing them. They are quite back to that level but with players like Taylor Groves and today’s recipient, Bryce Brown, it isn’t hard to forecast them getting back to that level of play. While East is done for 2019, the Indians appear to have plenty of talent returning to make a run at being darn good in 2020. Join us again next week as we anoint another worry recipient. HB.
