We believe this is the first time we have awarded the Jerky Prize package to a head football coach. Well, it isn’t exactly everyday some head football coach celebrates his 350th win. There have only been two others in HS history in Kentucky to have had such a celebration, Phillip Haywood and Dudley Hilton. Enjoy this feature about a tremendous football coach who appears headed straight to the HOF. Don’t forget to pick up a few bags of our one-of-a-kind beef jerky products whenever you can and wherever you happen to find yourself. Also, don’t forget to #savortheflavor! HB.

We have been covering Calil McNary for years. He was a 3X Kentucky Future Star. You will find those guys almost always end up HS stars too. That is certainly the case with McNary, as he has his team sitting pretty through its first three games (2-1) with Todd County calling this coming Friday night. Enjoy the feature. HB.

We search far and wide to bring you the players who have revolutionized the performance of the team in the communities we serve. We also enjoy recognizing superior branches in the Independence Bank family. This week we recognize a senior WR at North-Hopkins High School in Madisonville, Kentucky and our famous branch located at “East Center” just down the road from North-Hopkins High’s campus. Get on by and discover why Independence Bank’s people, products, and services have started a revolution in the financial services market in the commonwealth of Kentucky. HB.

We have been on this young man for quite a while. We first wrote about him when he traveled to Dallas, TX for a middle school All-American game. He has not disappointed since. Enjoy this look at a senior RB from Owensboro Senior. HB.

It appears high school football is moving into a ‘Saturday Night’ phase. Tonight, Bryan Station will travel to Danville, Kentucky to face Boyle County’s Rebels in the Rebel Bowl sponsored by Whitaker Bank. While Bryan Station is 6A and Boyle is 4A, tonight’s outcome may just go a long way to proving how unimportant classification is in Kentucky High School football these days. Enjoy the feature. HB.

Brady Atwell from Owensboro’s Catholic High School is the @minguabeefjerky Protein-packed Performer of the Week. @1776Bank @HLpreps @OCath_Football @BreathittFB @KyHighFootball @kyhighs @PrepSpin @MaxPreps

Brady Atwell has been called the QB prospect with the highest ceiling starting under center for the Aces in a long, long time. Scary thing is, he may be a better prospect at LBer according to one of his coaches. Enjoy this feature about a sophomore QB who appears capable of doing it all and who also seems assured of being on a ton of recruiting boards going forward.
