Spillman has his Trojans sitting 2-0- @tate_spillman @barrentrojans @1776Bank @PrepSpin @KyHighFootball @MaxPreps @minguabeefjerky @HopkinsCentral @evans02_mike @840WHAS @sfitz_840whas

Tate Spillman has the Trojans right where the 6A football team wants to be. They are 2-0 with winnable, though tough, games upcoming with Warran East at home and the Scotties at their place. If Spillman keeps playing the way he has been playing, the Trojans are going to be tough down the stretch. Enjoy this feature. FL.

Evan Pitzer believes slow and steady wins the race…and it appears to be doing just that! @pitz_evan @CovCathColonels @CovCathFBAlumni @CovCathFootball @1776Bank @PrepSpin @KyHighFootball @MaxPreps @minguabeefjerky @HopkinsCentral @evans02_mike @840WHAS @sfitz_840whas

Evan Pitzer has one of the better frames of any QB competing in the KHSAA. He also has his Colonels off to a fast start with wins, out of the gate, against Ryle and hated rival Ft. Thomas Highlands. Pitzer has been the very model of efficiency. Matter of fact, he has been borderline spectacular. Enjoy the feature. FL.

Kam Brown, from Marshall County, proving there are stars on every horizon across the Bluegrass- @minguabeefjerky @1776Bank @HopkinsCentral @CentreFootball @evans02_mike @KyHighFootball @sfitz_840whas @CoachE_MCHS

One thing we have learned through the years, there are fantastic football players on every single roster regardless of the team’s success or lack. Kam Brown is an excellent example of this. You won’t find too many better athletes playing TE in the ’26 class around the commonwealth. You won’t find too many TE’s (in any class) framed out any better than he. This is one to watch going forward visa vie prospects from around the Bluegrass. He’s off to a fine start. Read it here! FL

The Lone Ranger was one of our favorites back in the day. At the poignant point in the show, some person would ask, “Who was that masked man?” The answer was always “The Lone Ranger.” Caldwell was asking a similar question. The answer was Zayden Parker. Enjoy the feature. FL.

This week’s recipient put together a phenomenal performance in spite of his team’s losing its opener. That happens when two of the better teams in Kentucky play each other to open a season. Both Bowling Green (Sr.) High and Lexington’s Christian Academy will win plenty before ’23 is put in the history books, let us assure you. Enjoy this feature and join us again next week when we recognize another outstanding athlete. Till then, pop some of Kentucky’s finest jerky products in your mouth and savor the flavor! #SavorTheFlavor!

How does one top a 400-yards rushing night? We shall see if Hensley can do it this coming Friday night in “Title Town,” Kentucky (Danville) when they play the Rebels in the Rebel Bowl. For now, let’s all marvel in a spectacular performance from a spectacular young player. FL.
