Centre had a tough afternoon in Birmingham Alabama against conference powerhouse, Birmingham Southern University. The defensive performance was a debacle. That may be the only way to say it. HB.
Well, yesterday against Tinity began promisingly but we were sort of in like a lion and out like a lamb. Still, one could see that there is a very thin line from where Centre is as a program and where it is going. We need to eliminate mistakes and take better car of the football, but should we, one can easily see conference championships and NCAA runs in the program’s future.
We believe Gunner McKinley is among the best edge defenders, down linemen, and even Tight-Ends playing football anywhere in Kentucky’s high-school version of the game today, at any level of play.
