@willmcdaniel_ from @BCRebelFootball is the @minguabeefjerky “Protein-packed Performer of the Week.” @1776Bank @PrepSpin @KyHighFootball

Ronnie Mingua began experimenting with making beef jerky back in the 1990s. He shared his efforts with neighbors and friends, soon realizing he had come up with something different and superior to all other beef jerkies on the market. From these humble beginnings, Mingua Beef Jerky got its start.

Today, the Mingua Beef Jerky Company still prides itself on using its old-fashioned, all-natural recipes which offer outstanding products to customers across the nation. The recipes are a family tradition, passed down from generation to generation.

Migua Beef Jerky uses Enviro-Pac CHU-2000 equipment to cook its meat to USDA required levels for both moist or dry operation. Mingua Beef Jerky wants you to become one of its many satisfied customers by sampling its quality hand sliced, all natural beef jerky. We know you’ll love it and come back for more, again and again.

Our recipes and our quality ingredients, hand-cut from solid pieces of beef, and never chopped or formed like other brands, make our products superior and one of a kind. That would make our products similar to this week’s Protein Packed Performer of the Week, Will McDaniel (2021) from Kentucky’s Boyle County High School, wouldn’t it?

Will McDaniel (2021) led Boyle County to a huge win against visiting Hopkinsville in the 4th-round of the KHSAA playoffs, a.k.a. the Semi-State Championship. McDaniel caught 4-passes out of the backfield for 48 receiving yards and carried it 18-times for 160-yards rushing with 3-rushing TDs in helping his Rebels punch their ticket to Kroger Field this coming weekend hunting a 4A Title. He even had some key stops on defense, including a tackle for a loss (TFL).

Should the Rebels win, it would be (by our count) Boyle County’s 9th Title in football. Hey, they don’t call Danville, Kentucky Title Town for nothing.

This past Friday night, McDaniel’s team gashed the Tiger defense for 310-yards rushing on 37-carries with McDaniel’s scoring three (3) of the team’s six (6) rushing TDs. Jagger Gillis (2021) completed 18 of 21 passing attempts for 232-yards passing and 2 TDs against no thrown interceptions, rushing one (1) over the goal-line himself.

The Rebels compiled 542-yards of total offense in the Semis. The Rebel defense held the Tiger offense to 79-yards, total (-20 rushing, 99-yards passing).

These are the type statistical anomalies which generally comprise lopsided margins. Boyle County won 55-0. Still, both teams made the 4th-round. That is something on which to build and about which to be proud for both programs.

McDaniel in 9-games (one of the team’s 10-wins was a forfeit) of action in 2020 has gained 1,023-yards from scrimmage in 153-carries with 19-rushing TDs to lead his ball club in all three categories. McDaniel has caught 21-passes out of the backfield for another 292-yards in receiving and 3 TD catches. Quite simply, he is an extraordinary football player who will have quite a career at the next level.

Congratulations to Will McDaniel, Class of 2021, from Boyle County High School in Danville, Kentucky for being selected the Mingua Beef Jerky Company’Protein-packed Performer of the Week. Join us next week as the Mingua Beef Jerky Company recognizes another one of a kind performer and performance similar in grandeur to the one we recognized today.

Until then, pop some Mingua Beef Jerky in your mouth and savor the quality and flavor which sets it apart from all the competition. Remember, our product is superior and one of a kind, just like Will McDaniel.
