We may be going out on a limb a little here but we believe Cooper Mullins will have a big year in ’21, his senior year. We have studied some of his highlights and we really are convinced he’s poised to make a big move this coming Fall. Enjoy the feature. HB.
We picked this guy in 2019 as a Sophomore All-State defender. He followed up his sophomore season with another solid junior year in spite of playing fewer games because of the pandemic. This is an “out of frame” guy we would take a chance on were we working in the recruiting office at one of Kentucky’s 17-college football programs. This kid can play. Someone contacted old Coach Lyon and asked when we were going to put out our preseason top-10 football polls for each classification. Well, the day we were called seemed like as good a day as any to continue that tradition. Since KPGFootball started with the top classification when picking district winners, this time we started with Class 1A, then 2A, then 3A, then 4A, and yesterday we projected Class 5A. Today we give you our projections for the largest Kentucky classification, Kentucky Class 6A. We have now completed this series and hope this has peaked your interest in something we love around here with all our hearts…Kentucky High School football. Have a great season, everyone of you. We can’t wait to both watch and report on it.
