Kadin Hanshaw from Grayson County High is the @bigassfans Kentucky Comfort Creator of the Week @minguabeefjerky, @KyHighFootball, @ChiefSmoke10

January 17, 2025 Fletcher Long 0

Kadin Hanshaw is among the more versatile performers in the entire commonwealth of Kentucky. One might say he is “in the lead” to represent the “Big Ass Fans” Large School All-State Football Offense at RB/LB in 2025. It is still early. However, what this guy did as a sophomore was pretty dad-burn impressive and made him a serious candidate for the ’24 team even though he ended up getting edged out. Enjoy this feature and let’s keep it cool out there Kentucky!

Elijah Lewis from Dunbar High is the @bigassfans Kentucky Comfort Creator of the Week @lewis_Elijah1, @minguabeefjerky, @KyHighFootball, @ChiefSmoke10

There are good players all over the commonwealth. This is true of teams which enjoy success and it is equally true of teams and programs which tend to struggle. Dunbar High is coming off a 1-9 and is struggling a bit at the present time. That said, Elijah Lewis had a fantastic year. We are winding up our coverage of the ’25’s but didn’t want to drop these guys without reporting on a guy who stepped it up this year in tough circumstances. Enjoy this feature and let’s keep it cool out there Kentucky!

The premier edge defender in KY is our @minguabeefjerky Protein-packed Performer of the Week @bigassfans, @KyHighFootball, @hardesty_baron, @youareathlete, @BE_Chargers, @BECoachKendrick

January 8, 2025 Fletcher Long 0

Baron Hardesty is putting up prodigious numbers, particularly in the weight room. He is also impressing all the right people. This is a prospect who we could see signing with any team at virtually any level of competition. If this kid can’t catch on with an FBS level team, then the NIL and transfer portal has rendered the prospect unattainable. Enjoy this feature and remember to #SavorTheFlavor.

Dee Parker from Whitely County was one of the few RBs in 4A to rush for close to 2,000 yards while contributing in all three phases of the game. Big Ass Fans salutes this fine player as it continues to demonstrate a willingness to support and promote young Kentucky kids in the pursuit of their dreams and aspirations. We are proud to award this week’s award and recognition to Shane “Dee” Parker from Whitley County. Enjoy the feature and let’s keep it cool out there Kentucky!

Uziel Mungia from Hancock County is our first Protein-packed Performer of the New Year (2025)! @minguabeefjerky, @bigassfans, @KyHighFootball

The third phase of football is often overlooked. I was watching the BYU/Colorado bowl game last week and BYU rode a third phase clinic to a 20-0 halftime lead and an eventual victory over a favored foe. The third phase can do that for you. Ask Coach Eubanks at Hancock County. He got himself a tremendous placekicker (’28) who will be around for years to come to swing outcomes his way. Enjoy this feature and remember to #SavorTheFlavor.

Big Ass Fans sponsored the team and continues to demonstrate a willingness to support and promote young Kentucky kids in the pursuit of their dreams and aspirations. We are proud to award this week’s award and recognition to one of those three freshmen who are now (and forever more) known as football All-staters. Enjoy the feature and let’s keep it cool out there Kentucky!

December 17, 2024 Fletcher Long 1

Well, it is officially “offseason.” We turn out attention to getting ready for the ’25 season and one guy who figures prominently in his team’s plans for next fall is ’26 prospect James Bradley, Jr. Bradley is an explosive athlete who contributed to the Tigers bottom line this past season in a variety of ways. You know we love guys like this…Enjoy the feature.
