’25 ATH totals 255-yards, 2-TDs, and 2-picks in big win over Mighty Mayfield

Sometimes players win multiple awards from Mingua Beef Jerky. Hey, it isn’t our fault the players we predict, offseason, to be among the best the commonwealth has to offer end up being exactly what we foretold. Acree is among the fastest players in the high school game (4.32-second, 40). He had a monster night in the win over Mayfield, Graves first of its kind since the ’08 season.

Mayfield, KY: Migua Beef Jerky uses Enviro-Pac CHU-2000 equipment to cook its meat to USDA required levels for both moist or dry operation. Mingua Beef Jerky wants you to become one of its many satisfied customers by sampling its quality hand sliced, all natural beef jerky. We know you’ll love it and come back for more, again and again.

Ronnie Mingua began experimenting with making beef jerky back in the 1990s. He shared his efforts with neighbors and friends, soon realizing he had come up with something different and superior to all other beef jerkies on the market. From these humble beginnings, Mingua Beef Jerky got its start.

Today, the Mingua Beef Jerky Company still prides itself on using its old-fashioned, all-natural recipes which offer outstanding products to customers across the nation. The recipes are a family tradition, passed down from generation to generation.

Our recipes and our quality ingredients, hand-cut from solid pieces of beef, are never chopped or formed like other brands, making our products superior and one of a kind. That would make our products similar to this week’s Protein-packed Performer, Lincoln Acree, ’25 ATH from Graves County High School in Mayfield, Kentucky.

When it comes to awarding what has become Kentucky’s most prestigious weekly recognition, we try to spread the wealth. Of course, if you think about it, awarding a second award to the same player (one out of season, one in season) makes a certain amount of sense.

Lincoln Acree

Acree had an incredible performance at a camp in Atlanta, Georgia this offseason for which he was awarded this distinction and rightfully. As soon as the season commenced, the incredible nature of his performance repeated; hence, the second award.

This past Friday night, Acree was electric. Acree had 172-yards receiving. Acree had 46 kick off return yards. Acree had 16-punt return yards. Acree had 21 interception return net yards.

All told, Acree accounted for 255-total yards, 2-TDs, 2-INTs, and (most importantly) a W against a team Graves hadn’t beaten since the 2008 season. If you look at Acree’s measurable statistics, this level of production isn’t the least bit surprising.

Acree is a ’25 athlete who runs the 40-yard dash in 4.32-seconds. Acree has a 33-inch vertical, 117-inch broad jump, and competes in both football and track on the varsity level.

This year’s matchup with Mayfield featured two first year coaches. Tyler Debernardi’s (Graves County) debut came off a bit better than Cliff Dew’s (Mayfield).

However, be assured both of these young coaches have quite a few wins lying around in their respective quivers. Graves County is at Paducah Tilghman this coming Friday night while Mayfield travels to Hopkinsville to tackle a Tiger squad which played much better, in its opener, than most would have dared hope.

Either way, the sledding doesn’t get any easier. Good thing both programs boast a few Lincoln Acree-types in the lineup to do much of the heavy lifting.

Join us next week as we return to honor another weekly prize winner. Until then, pop some Mingua Beef Jerky in your mouth and savor the quality and flavor which sets it apart from the competition. Remember, our product is superior and one of a kind; just like Graves County’s, Lincoln Acree.
