Here is an outstanding two way lineman for the Todd County Central Rebels who plays tackle for his high school team but predicts to slide inside at the next level. Damarcus is a kid we have before featured and one of the very best high school players in the Big Sky Conference’s little school division. New Coach Josh Robins will need his contributions to build off the success of his predecessor. The Rebels were 6-5 a year ago and have the weapons back to challenge for the district this coming year. The Hazard Bulldogs, when they unload off the bus, just never look like how you would think a 1A team would look. They are always big, brutish, physical, well-coached, and in the 1A title-hunt. One problem they have is the emergence of district-foe, Pikeville, as the classification’s preeminent team. With young talent like Zane Deaton and Elijah Gayheart, coach Howard will find his way.
