@BigMicgetbusy from @StXTigersFB is the @1776Bank Revolutionary Player of the Week. @minguabeefjerky @g_mcpeek @EKUWWells @PrepSpin @KyHighFootball

There is no better time than the present to anoint another Independence Bank Player of the Week. Independence Bank is proud to sponsor a weekly article highlighting players in the areas where Independence Bank flourishes who embody the same type of revolutionary service to their respective football teams which has made Independence Bank unique and special in the banking industry.

Independence Bank has a goal of achieving everyday excellence, and this week, we award this prestigious distinction to a class of ’23 DE who has the length and frame to play football in college at any level he should choose. We expect this guy to be in many All-State discussions by season’s end and landing offers from hither, tither, and yon. Today we focus on Micah Carter from Louisville’s St. Xavier High School.

Carter’s Saint Xavier High School is not too far from the famous St. Matthews Square branch of Independence BankSt. Matthews Square is on 3901 Shelbyville Road in Louisville.

Get on by and visit the most rapidly growing bank in the commonwealth of Kentucky, Independence Bank. Independence Bank has started a revolution in the banking industry.

Micah Carter

Micah Carter is listed at 6-5, 250-pounds. He has really good length and is impressive out of his stance and rushing upfield against edge protection. We saw many examples of this in the Eastern Kentucky University “Big Man Challenge” it hosted together with a Sevens Tournament which hosted 48-teams.

Saint Xavier won both the offensive and defensive MVPs at the challenge and won 7 on 7 tournament on top of it all. We would say the chances are good the Tigers might be quite formidable this coming season.

Now Carter is the right kind of lanky. What we mean by that is he will fill out as he matures to weigh significantly more than his present 250-pounds. Judging from his fresh-faced, youthful visage and long arms and legs, he doesn’t appear to be done growing taller either.

Georgia Tech has noticed as the Rambling Wreck has already jumped on board the Carter Express. WKU is hoping they might get the big, rangy defender to stay in-state. Missouri, Boston College, and Bowling Green State have also expressed interest in holding seats on the fast moving train.

There is literally no telling where the Micah Carter Express will stop and into which station he is destined to pull. We can tell you this…we’re mighty proud to be awarding him our recognition.

Congratulations to Micah Carter for his Revolutionary Play at DE this weekend which won him the Defensive MVP at Eastern Kentucky’s Big Man Challenge and the play we expect to see out of him this coming Fall. All of the above has earned Carter this week’s recognition from the fastest growing bank in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, your friends at Independence Bank.
