His brother is Wilson Kelly who prepped at Boyle County where he was a consensus All-State player before matriculating to MTSU (Middle Tennessee State University) on a FBS football scholarship. Wilson is a first-team center for the Blue Raiders. Will little brother follow suit? You know what, I wouldn’t bet against it. Enjoy the feature. HB.

We hear all the time that this rising 9th grader is the next so and so. We have heard the same about Colin Jefferson. We will enter our guess as to whom he will favor over the course of his high school career and we won’t have to leave the Male High roster for our guess or guesses. Talk about coming into a job in a tough spot, we can’t imagine an individual inheriting a tougher job than Kasey Boone did a year ago. His performance was remarkable for lack of a better term. Hard to ever forecast a freshman getting much Friday Night run. This is even more true where the freshman in question is joining the roster of one of the most prestigious high school programs at the 5A level. Dan Goble deserves to be inducted into the KHSAA Hall of Fame for what his teams did on the football field. We have agreed to help spearhead this push for his inclusion. Today we feature a kid who showed flashes of brilliance a year ago. Caleb Moore showed a dangerous burst, particularly on kick returns, and the Rock could stand a lot more of that type effort this coming season.
