We continue on with our offseason coverage not really discussing players of the week so much as discussing featured players, prospects, and sometimes a coach or two. Curtis Higgins coming home to coach a program he led his first tour to its highest winning percentage in program history is too much of a story on which to pass. Higgins is a member of the Louisville area Football Coaches Association Hall of Fame and has historically been among the commonwealth’s more talented and successful coaches. Higgins is only going to improve the program’s prospects in our estimation. Higgins is the kind of head football coach one wants his kid to have mentoring him. In the end, that may be the finest compliment which can be paid to him (or any other head football coach). Enjoy the feature.
