The Sevens Team for Madisonville North-Hopkins are this week’s Independence Bank Revolutionary Players of the Week

There is no better time than the present to anoint another Independence Bank player, or in this case “players” of the week. Independence Bank is proud to sponsor a weekly article highlighting players in the areas where Independence Bank flourishes who embody the same type of revolutionary service to their respective football teams which has made Independence Bank unique and special in the banking industry.

Independence Bank has a goal of achieving everyday excellence, and this week we are focusing on the players on the Madisonville North-Hopkins Seven on Seven team who is killing it right now at “The Best of the West” Sevens tournament in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. The whole team’s performance has well exceeded both the Maroon’s and the Madisonville North-Hopkins community’s expectations.

The North Hopkins High School is right down the road from two Independence Bank branches, both in Madisonville, Kentucky. One of the branches is located on 1776 North Main Street and the other is on 629 East Center Street.

Some of the best football teams in either Tennessee, Indiana, and Kentucky have descended on Hopkinsville, Kentucky to participate in the prestigious 7 on 7 tournament. There have been some impressive team performances.

Pearl Cohn out of Nashville, Brentwood Academy’s A-team (Nashville-area), and Madisonville North-Hopkins were all 5-0 after yesterday’s action and won their respective pools. Going into today, the Maroons, in spite of being known more for ground and pound football, were the overall top seed and looking like a championship may be imminent.

Congratulations and good luck today to the Maroons’ Sevens Team from Madisonville North-Hopkins, for their Revolutionary Play which has earned them this week’s recognition from the fastest growing bank in the Commonwealth of Kentucky…your friends at Independence Bank.
