We thought it would be a fun exercise to preseason rank the top ten teams from different areas of Kentucky. We will begin with the Appalachia Mountain (Kentucky), top 10 high school football teams, preseason. If this is as big of a hit with our readers as we believe, we will follow up with a top-10 from other areas of Kentucky.

Well, no matter where you may see a list like this published, this is the REAL “Mountain Top-10,” at least for the preseason. This should be fun to update as the season progresses.
