Talk about your protein-packed performers, this 6-1, 180-pound WR for Pikeville High School (1A) had a night which broke two state records and came in 3rd in another statistical category. If a night like that doesn’t get you a T-shirt and some beef jerky, it is hard to imagine what one has to accomplish to win this award. We may have to start calling this article “The Race for the World’s Finest Beef Jerky.” We had scouts all over Kentucky this weekend and they saw some impressive individual efforts.
