Can’t wait to see the debate this is sure to facilitate. This should get posted on quite a few bulletin boards across Kentucky. That’s okay, it is why we are here. We are ranking, preseason, the top-five teams in each of Kentucky’s 6-Classifications. We will do this every Thursday. Today, we give you how we see the 2A classification finishing. This is a new concept we are calling the “Second Time Around.” All of the teams we have chosen to feature played the other during the regular season. These are five matchups we believe may turn out differently than when the two teams first met in 2020. Here is our breakdown. Enjoy the article!

Here’s one for our friends in Owensboro, Kentucky where Independence Bank has 3-branches presently. QB, Lincoln Clancy had huge shoes to fill when he inherited the job from 2019 graduate, Drew Hartz. So far the returns are very favorable. Most importantly, he has led the “Aces” to three wins against zero defeats. Catholic (2A) still has to play Owensboro “Senior” (5A), Apollo (6A), and Daviess County (6A) before everything is “said and done.” For now, Clancy is rolling and so is the team he has been entrusted to lead. Congratulations on being the “Revolutionary Player of the Week” and join us, this time next week, as we distinguish another worthy recipient. HB.
