This guy is rated as high as the number one RB in Kentucky’s ’26 class. Jay’Quan Crawford benches 230, squats 495, and power cleans 270 making him a real load to have to get to the ground. Crawford has four D-1 offers presently (EKU, Eastern Michigan, Kent State, and Toledo) with UK circling just outside the camp fire waiting to see what materializes over the course or his combine season before the senior year commences. Xzavion Brown is among the more dynamic and explosive interior defensive linemen in the commonwealth of Kentucky. You talk about a guy who can penetrate and be disruptive as well as hold a gap or two, this is your man. Jacob Taylor is one of two “Taylors” on the Flyers’ roster. The Flyers, under Head Coach, Eddie James, has been among the more stocked and successful rosters at the 4A level of play. Jacob prefers to go by “Coen” and the 5’8,” 165-pounder carries a 4.0-GPA a believes in hear over height. His 45-receptions a year ago indicate his play backs up his hashtags rather well. Carson Greenwell is one of the better centers in the entire commonwealth and certainly in the central Kentucky area. His anchoring one of Kentucky’s more formidable fronts has garnered for the ’23 OL prospect a ton of college attention at multiple levels of competition. Where will he land? Who knows. They should be among the favorites this coming Fall. Gavin Hurst is a large reason why although the Flyers have more ballyhooed players than the 6-1, 175-pound skilled athlete in the ’24 graduating class.
