It is hard to imagine any one football player meaning as much to his team’s bottom line as Kelson McKinney did over the course of his high school career. McKinney was the team’s leading rusher, leading scorer, was a scoring threat on special teams and on defense where he was tied for the lead in “pick-sixes.” We are coming close to the end of our coverage for the Kentucky class of ’24 but we couldn’t leave the topic without an article about this guy.
