The Storm have a huge mountain to climb Friday night as it travels to Badgett Stadium, cross town, to play a red hot Maroons team from North-Hopkins. North is 2-0 and ranked the 22nd best football team in Kentucky regardless of classification. We’re not sure there has ever been a Maroon’s team more highly regarded. We will break down this matchup and some of the personnel which will factor into the outcome. Enjoy the feature.

The final preseason tune-up bode well for the near future as the Storm went 4-0 in varsity and JV scrimmages in a three team round robin including Russellville and Ohio County. Carter Edwards is a guy Coach Manning couldn’t stop raving about when we talked with him after practice number one, post-Dead Period.
