This usually is a pretty fun article. A few days ago we posted the “KPGFootball Scorecard.” On that document we memorialized the matchup and just who we believed would win and why. What we do in the scorecard is give you the solution. What we don’t do is demonstrate how we worked the problem. Thursdays, during the football season, we often publish an article which “shows our math.” If you read this article you will see why we picked the teams we picked to win and why we picked the teams we picked to lose. You may not agree and that is okay. We are wrong between 10-15% of the time. It makes for fine reading and generous discussion. Enjoy the article.

JoaQuinn Drake from Butler Traditional is our Mingua Beef Jerky Protein-packed Performer. He had 32-tackles, broke up 15-passing attempts, had a pair of tackles for loss, and didn’t allow a single TD in 178 pass coverage snaps. That is quite remarkable on a team which finished 2-9 and toward the bottom of the Kentucky RPI for 5A programs. Sometimes it is the guys who perform in spite of the performances around them who really astonish us. This guy here is a player colleges in the area should really study. You know, good corners are hard to find. Enjoy this feature and don’t forget to pick up some world famous jerky products from Mingua Beef Jerky and “SavorTheFlavor.”

@ShawnMarshallj4 from @Football_BTHS learning success can be somewhat of a relative term… @1776Bank @minguabeefjerky @KyHighFootball @PrepSpin @MaxPreps

Success can be a relative term. What some people consider to be successful others profess disappointment. Shawn Marshall is a prospect who finds himself on a roster of other young players searching for its way back to the type of success it was enjoying just a few short years ago. Can Koby Clark lead this team back to where Gary Wheeler, Jr. had the Bears just a few short years ago. We believe he can! Enjoy the feature. HB.
