We just love the offseason in football at both Stewart Williams Company and KPGFootball. The offseason is where we get to feature players, who may not have played a prominent role in the success of the team this past season, but are sure to contribute in subsequent years. The offseason is where the next gridiron stars emerge and begin to reveal themselves. At KPGFootball, we take particular pleasure in getting to crow that it was we who first reported on their coming emergence.

We believe Elijan Farmer is one such player. Farmer got some Friday Night Run this year playing at his listed positions of WR/CB, but it was on special teams where Farmer laid some spinal chord adjusting hits for the Red Devils. Farmer swags around a football field like a Boss, and if you don’t know what we mean you probably never played the game. We are big on body language believing it, often times, tells much of the tale. We like what we have seen out of the Class of 2021 prospect and believe, provided he puts in the type of offseason someone committed to the sport of football should, this is going to be someone who will be often discussed around the Red Devils football program in upcoming seasons. Remember where you first head this!

Congratulations to sophomore, Elijan Farmer for being selected this week’s Stewart Williams Furniture Company’s Robertson County Player of the Week. Join us next week as we anoint a new recipient.
