Double-sided Superstar (QB/DB), Kevin Adkins, from Cedar Hill, was the most successful two-way player in Robertson County last season. He was also the only player in the county to be selected for the East-West All-Star game played annually in Cookeville on the campus of Tennessee Tech University. In starting on both sides of the ball, Adkins had 1,451 yards rushing from scrimmage, 22 rushing TDs, threw for 2,026 yards, and added another 12 TDs through the air. On defense, the DB accounted for 160 tackles for 13.3 tackles per game, easily the highest in his district and one of the highest in the State of Tennessee (Source: Robertson County Connection).
