@kadenmoorman4 from @FranklinCoHS is the @1776Bank Revolutionary Player of the Week! @minguabeefjerky @BadgerFootball @PrepSpin @KyHighFootball @MaxPreps

There is no better time than the present to anoint another Independence Bank Player of the Week. Independence Bank is proud to sponsor a weekly article highlighting players in the areas where Independence Bank flourishes who embody the same type of revolutionary service to their respective football teams which has made Independence Bank unique and special in the banking industry.

Independence Bank has a goal of achieving everyday excellence, and this week, we award this prestigious distinction to a class of ’23 RB who has already reported a really big offer. This prospect is sporting an offer from the Wisconsin Badgers out of the powerful Big-10 conference in the FBS, power-5 in addition to countless other suitors. Today, our big winner is Kaden Moorman from Franklin County High School in Frankfort, Kentucky.

Moorman’s Franklin County High School is not too far from an ATM location on Capital Square on 450 Versailles Road. There is also a branch located at 1228 U.S. Highway 127 South in a part of town known by Franklin countians as “Frankfort West.”

Kaden Moorman is a kid we have covered since his playing in the middle school ranks. Like so many before him, He was a star for Boyle County Middle School, the Kentucky Future Stars, and Kentucky’s FBU Elite team. You might recall that, in 2018, we interviewed his FBU Elite HFC, G.J. Wooolridge about this player and Woolridge called him a “grown man” then.

Guess what? He still plays the game like a grown man.

Moorman camped at Wisconsin and the empirical data would suggest he had an exceptional performance. Moorman, a 6-2, 205-pound prospect with plus athleticism and fine speed for a prospect set to enter his junior year, was among the first “Power-5” offers in Kentucky’s ’23 class of football prospects.

Moorman displayed quite a bit of versatility in the abbreviated ’20 season. Ordinarily, a team in the Class 4A finals would get 15-games of run, as opposed to the 11 Franklin County played a year ago.

Over the 11-games, Moorman carried it 101-times from the line of scrimmage for 606-yards rushing. He carried the ball across the goal-line 13-times, adding another 4-TDs via reception.

Moorman caught 26-passes for 453-receiving yards. Moorman led his team in scoring.

The RB/WR has run a 4.6-second, 40-yard dash, has bench pressed 250-pounds and has back squatted 315. These numbers are probably in need of refreshing as they appear old to us and we truthfully don’t know when they were loaded onto this prospect’s NCSA profile.

Congratulations to Kaden Moorman for his Revolutionary Play at RB for the State Finalists in ’20 and the play we expect to see out of him this coming Fall. All of the above has earned Moorman this week’s recognition from the fastest growing bank in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, your friends at Independence Bank.
