@IsraelAzariah from @GRCCards is the @Minguabeefjerky “Protein-packed Performer of the Week.” @PrepSpin @KyHighFootball @1776Bank @UofLFootball

Ronnie Mingua began experimenting with making beef jerky back in the 1990s. He shared his efforts with neighbors and friends, soon realizing he had come up with something different and superior to all other beef jerkies on the market. From these humble beginnings, Mingua Beef Jerky got its start.

Today, the Mingua Beef Jerky Company still prides itself on using its old-fashioned, all-natural recipes which offer outstanding products to customers across the nation. The recipes are a family tradition, passed down from generation to generation.

Migua Beef Jerky uses Enviro-Pac CHU-2000 equipment to cook its meat to USDA required levels for both moist or dry operation. Mingua Beef Jerky wants you to become one of its many satisfied customers by sampling its quality hand sliced, all natural beef jerky. We know you’ll love it and come back for more, again and again.

Our recipes and our quality ingredients, hand-cut from solid pieces of beef and never chopped or formed like other brands, make our products superior and one of a kind. That would make our products similar to this week’s Protein Packed Performer of the WeekAzariah Israel, from George Rogers Clark High School, wouldn’t it?

Azariah Israel (2021), has rounded himself into a real prospect in the ’21 class in the RB-ranks. Israel, who 247Sports.com lists as a three-star, national prospect, is a fireplug, quick-twitch, explosive and fast, one man wrecking crew of down-hill rushing production. Israel is listed at 5-10 and tips the scales at 175-pounds running a 40 in the 4.5’s. He reports offers from Air Force, Army, Ball State, EKU, and Kent State among other high quality, Division-I programs.

His Twitter account indicates his committing to the Louisville Cardinals so congratulations! The Cardinals are getting a tremendous, in-state football player.

Friday night, Israel carried it 29-times for 318-yards and scored 4-TDs for his Class 6A, 8th-District Cardinals. Israel is listed as playing in 5 of GRC’s 6-games on the year. For the year, Israel has carried it 113-times for 717-yards with 9-rushing TDs. GRC beat Oldham County Friday night, 48-28 and are 2-4.
