@DeanthonyPerry from @trinitysports is the @Minguabeefjerky “Protein-packed Player of the Week.” @KyHighFootball @PrepSpin @1776Bank

Ronnie Mingua began experimenting with making beef jerky back in the 1990s. He shared his efforts with neighbors and friends, soon realizing he had come up with something different and superior to all other beef jerkies on the market. From these humble beginnings, Mingua Beef Jerky got its start.

Today, the Mingua Beef Jerky Company still prides itself on using its old-fashioned, all-natural recipes which offer outstanding products to customers across the nation. The recipes are a family tradition, passed down from generation to generation.

Migua Beef Jerky uses Enviro-Pac CHU-2000 equipment to cook its meat to USDA required levels for both moist or dry operation. Mingua Beef Jerky wants you to become one of its many satisfied customers by sampling its quality hand sliced, all natural beef jerky. We know you’ll love it and come back for more, again and again.

Our recipes and our quality ingredients, hand-cut from solid pieces of beef, and never chopped or formed like other brands, make our products superior and one of a kind. That would make our products similar to this week’s Protein Packed Performer of the Week, DeAnthony Perry (2021) from Louisville, Kentucky’s Trinity High School, wouldn’t it?

In the Class 6A Championship, DeAnthony Perry (2021), playing along the DL from NG to DE for what many believe could be the most stifling defense ever to run out on a high school field in the history of KHSAA football (Louisville Trinity)wracked up on “big moments” for the defense against Male in the championship game. He had 2-TFLs, a QB-sack, while forcing a fumble from his NG-slot.

Perry led the defense in tackles behind the line and explosive, momentum-changing, big-plays. Perry’s sack of the QB was one of those huge hits which makes fans, family, and coaches all wince and just shake their heads. We would maintain Nic Schutte (Louisville Male) probably felt that one the next morning.

On the night, the Shamrock D held Male to 5-first downs, 30-net rushing yards on 20-carries, and 141-yards of total offense in 42 plays, and a paltry 3.36-yards per playMale was 1 of 10 on third down conversions and 0-3, going for it on 4th-down. In the middle of it all, was its guy in the middle, DeAnthony Perry.

Trinity won the Championship, the program’s 27th and Coach Beatty’s 15thLouisville Male came into the game with an offense averaging 47-points per game; the most explosive offense, statistically, in Kentucky’s 6A classification.

Congratulations to DeAnthony Perry, Class of 2021, from Trinity High School in Louisville, Kentucky for being selected the Mingua Beef Jerky Company’Protein-packed Performer of the Week. Join us next week as the Mingua Beef Jerky Company recognizes another one of a kind performer and performance similar in grandeur to the one we recognized today.

Until then, pop some Mingua Beef Jerky in your mouth and savor the quality and flavor which sets it apart from all the competition. Remember, our product is superior and one of a kind, just like DeAnthony Perry.
