Here is a guy who figures to make a huge impact for Louisville’s Pleasure Ridge Park High this coming Fall. Though he only played in 6-games a year ago at Fern Creek, he was one of its more dynamic, second-level defenders. One of my favorite songs growing up was “Harper Valley P.T.A.” The song, written by legendary songwriter Tom T. Hall was recorded by Jeannie C. Riley and was her debut. It topped many charts much like the Harper twins are the top of many important football statistics for the Eagles football program. His brother is Wilson Kelly who prepped at Boyle County where he was a consensus All-State player before matriculating to MTSU (Middle Tennessee State University) on a FBS football scholarship.
