We wrote an article about Brach Rice a little over a month ago. Rice used the article as a “call to arms” for his brothers entering a season following the loss of 22 seniors from off the previous year’s roster. Hell, we loved it. Northern Kentucky high school football fans are always complaining the area is ignored by media members from the other regions of the commonwealth. Well we can’t speak for other media members. However, we can tell you we have before taken great pains to cover players and teams from the region and will continue. Here is a kid coming on his senior year who will have to shoulder plenty of burden with the expected graduation losses the Mustangs are experiencing here in just a few days. There is no shortage of talent and, matter of fact, lucky college programs can come up with superior talent just lying around waiting to be claimed.
