Battle of the Regions was last month and the Future Stars will be coming up this summer. This is the time of year we learn there are some middle school ballers across Kentucky doing some incredible things. Brady Steward is a ’29 QB about whom plenty will be written before his high school years have been exhausted. Enjoy this feature about one of Kentucky’s best at this grade level. We talk about ‘no doubters’ in football. Those are prospects who come from the middle school ranks likely or even destined to play, and play early, under the Friday Night Lights sometime over the course of their freshman seasons. If I were to draw a picture of what a middle school, rising high school offensive tackle should appear, I would probably be drawing a picture of Dylan peck. He his long, lean, has plus length, good feet, and is athletic for a big man at his stage of development.
