These two teams met a year ago. It was a six-point margin in Morton’s Gap and the margin in Princeton this year figures to be even closer. He is a versatile player and athlete who has the physical dimensions and speed to thrive on either side of the football or even both. Isaac Manning had an exciting junior season which would see him make some Sports Center type receptions. He also contributed on defense in spite of limited opportunities on that side of the scrimmage line. In ’24, his senior season, it may be time to drop the reigns and just let him go. I will always remember 2024 and the season which provided fans plenty of suspense and thrills. Central went on the road needing a win to get into the number two slot when seeding commences. Central left Dixon, KY just hoping to have a seat when this “musical chairs” experience of a ’23 football season stops its music. Central came up short but still has plenty for which to play. After last night’s 22-point loss to Union County, the remaining five games are games the Storm is capable of winning. It will take a Herculean effort to run the table (5-0) but we have the talent and ability to do just that. A 7-3 finish would put us in the number 2 slot in district 1 and assure us a couple home playoff games. This may be shaping up to be quite the year. FL.
