We are very pleased to welcome Lasaters Coffee & Tea to our growing family of advertisers. The Kelley family has a very long history in the local football industry and several of the Kelleys have had their numbers retired owing to their familial history of playing excellence. Football has been very good to their family and they look for ways to give back to this very special community. Lasaters is a place one goes to get caffeinated and motivated and couldn’t we all use a bit more of that invigoration in our daily routines. Get by one (1) of our four (4) Christian County, Kentucky locations and enjoy the roasted flavor of a hot cup of warmth and love. Lasaters, where you aren’t just served; you’re loved.

Friday Night Fletch.

This is another special edition of our Big Ass Fans Kentucky Comfort Creator series. Jaylen Irish, a senior RB at 2A, Fort Knox High, is posting some incredible numbers in this, his senior year. The military schools have gotten notification they are being exempted from the federal shutdown in recognition of extracurricular activities being “…an important part of our military-connected students’ school experience.” Man, are we glad of that. Enjoy this look at Jaylen Irish, our Big Ass Fans, Kentucky Comfort Creator this week as he gets ready to entertain top-ranked Owensboro Catholic this coming weekend!

So you can’t remember the last time Ft. Knox was a contender in 1A football? Remember the late Joe Jaggers? Coach Jaggers was at the helm for 14-years and won three (3) of his five (5) titles at the school between 1977-1990. Reques Wrenn and his teammates are interested in leading Coach Wes Arnold’s troops back to that Promised Land. Enjoy the feature. FL.
