Keeping ‘Tabbs’ on Franklin County’s Corieon @CorieonTabbs @eCampusdotcom, @bigassfans, @khsaafootball, @KyHighFootball, @FCFlyerFootball

April 16, 2026 Fletcher Long 0

The 4A title seems to run through Boyle County, KY yearly. Matter of fact, the Rebels have won five (5) of the previous six (6) championships at that level of competition. If the truth be told, Franklin County finds itself making deep runs in the playoffs yearly including finishing 14-1 and playing Boyle for the title in 4A a year ago. Franklin County has one of Kentucky’s elite head football coaches (Eddie James) and boasts some of the commonwealth’s elite playing talent. Corieon Tabbs would classify as elite playing or roster talent. This article will explore just why that is. Enjoy this “check-in” or “Keeping Tab(b)s” on one of the area’s elite players.

Neythan Febus is the Lasaters Coffee & Tea Wake Up and Smell the Coffee (or Tea) Feature of the Week @khsaafootball, @KyHighFootball, @bigassfans, @LasatersCoffee, @FC_FALCONS_FB

We are very pleased to welcome Lasaters Coffee & Tea to our growing family of advertisers. The Kelley family has a very long history in the local football industry and several of the Kelleys have had their numbers retired owing to their familial history of playing excellence. Football has been very good to their family and they look for ways to give back to this very special community. Lasaters is a place one goes to get caffeinated and motivated and couldn’t we all use a bit more of that invigoration in our daily routines. Get by one (1) of our four (4) Christian County, Kentucky locations and enjoy the roasted flavor of a hot cup of warmth and love. Lasaters, where you aren’t just served; you’re loved.

Cooper Adams, Trigg County, wrestling his way into the play rotation @KatherineL58069, @Chapman42071, @MurrayQBClub, @LasatersCoffee, @eCampusdotcom, @bigassfans, @khsaafootball, @KyHighFootball, @Ale8One, @CountyColonels, @HopHighTigers, @murrayFB

April 13, 2026 Fletcher Long 0

We continue on with our offseason coverage not really discussing players of the week so much as discussing featured players and prospects. Cooper Adams is simply among the best multi-phase football talents in the Kentucky-wide, KHSAA football game today at any level and a tremendous wrestler on top of his being talented on the gridiron. Adams came up from middle school among the commonwealth’s most talented players and has done nothing but confirm we were all right about him from the beginning. Adams is only going to improve over his sophomore season, particularly on offense where he should get many more opportunities. Adams is the kind of kid coaches want to coach and, in the end, that may be the finest compliment which can be paid to him (or any other kid). Enjoy the feature.

Mason Stephens from Letcher County Central tearing up the Appalachia Mountains… @MasonS3324, @ncsa, @LCCougarSports, @bigassfans, eCampusdotcom, @khsaafootball, @KyHighFootball

April 11, 2026 Fletcher Long 0

We have been featuring versatility going on a few years now. It is also time to step away from the seniors graduating this semester and focus on the younger talent coming down the pipeline. Today, we focus on one of the mountain’s better ‘27s in Letcher County’s Mason Stephens. Stephens is a WR/defensive back third guy who figures to continue to play, more and more this coming season, split out wide on offense. Enjoy this feature.

Could Alabama’s Kade Demsey end up at a KY college? @Kade372852, @BamaPrepsFB, @danvillefb, @khsaafootball, @KyHighFootball, @bigassfans, @eCampusdotcom

April 9, 2026 Fletcher Long 0

Kade Elam is an interior guy likely headed to college at the center position. He also doubles at DE in high school where length isn’t an issue but the kid wears No. 51 which indicates to us his likely next level position will be at the offensive center post. Kade is 5’11,” 250-pounds with good strength and explosion. He is a rising junior so there is no reason to believe his frame is finished out yet. We know this, he is an excellent football player playing in a fine, Alabama program for a really established and capable football coach. Is this kid headed to a KY college? We sure hope so!
