“Mr. Football” gets annually awarded to the very best football player in the high school game from across Kentucky. It is almost always awarded to a senior. Daniel Thomas (’24), from Bell County, is eerily reminiscent of Isaac Dixon from a few years back who won “Mr. Football” himself. This kid has been on our radar a while and he has improved and gained in prowess over the years. He prepped this past Fall at North Laurel where he was a leader on the team in many different, statistical categories of importance.
