Middle School Spotlight: @PigpenVance (Class of ’26) from @NOMustangs has been making a mess of opposing offensive backfields. @1776Bank @minguabeefjerky @KyHighFootball @MaxPreps @PrepSpin

His nickname is “Pigpen.” We don’t know why folks around the Goshen, Kentucky area call Greyson Vance “Pigpen.” Then again, we have never seen his bedroom.

He has been making plenty of messes however. Just spy the opposing offensive backfield on the highlight film we have linked for you under the young man’s picture.

He’s leaving that place a mess. It resembles a yard sale when he is finished knocking everyone to the ground.

Vance played LB/DE/RB for North Oldham’s middle school football team. We believe he is probably a defender at the high school level. Regardless of on which side of the football the kid plays in high school, it can’t questioned that Vance has been bountifully celebrated as a middle school football player.

Vance was named the Kentucky Middle School Football Association’s (KYMSFA), Region 2 Player of the Year this past season. North Oldham selected Vance its Defensive Player of the Year. On top of all of that, he is also a star player on the lacrosse team.

Oftentimes this publication thrives on picking future high school stars even before they leave middle school. As a ’26 prospect, Vance will be a 9th-grader this coming Fall.

We believe the great likelihood is Vance will contribute, from night one, on the varsity roster. Vance may even be a starter by season’s end.

This is a recurring theme for many former KYMSFA superstars. High quality athletes are finding the Friday Night Field much quicker these days than they were formerly accustomed.

“Pigpen” Vance is among the very best across the commonwealth in his graduating class. He has proven he can do it on the football field making for rosy predictions on his future football success.

Now, if we could just get him to make his bed in the morning…
