De’André Watkins is a guy coming off his sophomore season which saw him get plenty of PT for a young guy laboring on a 6A roster. We believe the Colonels will be way more formidable in ’24 then they were at any time in ’23. There is a well renown scout who put online that he could take the best middle school players in Georgia and beat the majority of high school teams in 23 of the 52-states. We think that estimation may be a bit modest. We believe we could take the commonwealth’s foremost Middle School stars and beat 150 of Kentucky’s 222 high school football teams. This team we are featuring today is going to be a mighty hard out come playoff time around western Kentucky. They will rely on “the Big Three (Bryson Ford, Kendrick Mainu, and Antonio Ware)” to get there. Friday Night Fletch.

Zane Johnson did the un-thinkable a year ago. He started at QB for one of the country’s premier programs against a nationally prominent schedule and led the team to its 28th title. Wow, what a mouthful! He is entering his sophomore season and he is poised to stake his claim as one of the commonwealth’s very best HS QBs at any level. Tristin Dillard came out of Middle School ranked by most the pundits among the top three RBs in Kentucky’s 2027 graduating class. Dillard had a solid freshman season but has transferred to 6A, first district, Christian County and looks to us to be set for take off. The Colonels will be vastly improved in ’24 from the team which competed in ’23. Players like Dillard are the reason why. Enjoy the article. Friday Night Fletch.

Bryson Rowley very quietly inserted himself in ’23 into the best football player in the Kentucky ’26 graduating class. The 6,’ 175-pounder excelled at both WR and DB for the Rams who took another shot at a 1A title, though came up a bit short. The Rams were laden with senior talent so how good will Coach Salmons crew be this Fall is anyone’s guess. But Hey! It is Raceland.
